SUSPENSION OF SHIPMENTS TO EEA COUNTRIES AS OF 7 DECEMBER 2024

UPDATE: As of 17 Jan 2025, shipping to EU resumes for selected items
Due to changes in EU shipping regulations taking effect from 13 December 2024, The Jelly House will be suspending shipments to the EU (excluding Switzerland) and Northern Ireland as of 7 December 2024, SGT until further notice.
While we’ve loved being a part of the collecting journeys of our EU-based customers and are looking at options available to continue our service to you in the future, unfortunately, appointing an Authorised Representative in the EU as per the new requirements is not something we are able to explore at this time. As a small business, the new strict requirements, costs and potential fines are simply not something we can take on at this time.
If you may be interested to purchase from our store, please do so by 7 December 2024, SGT. If you’d like to purchase items after this date, you may consider doing so via a proxy that can ship to you via personal shipment.
We apologise to any customers in the EU/NI who are affected by this news and will continue to look into the matter and keep you updated if anything changes once more clarity on the regulations is available.
Our services to other countries outside the EU/Northern Ireland remains unaffected. We are also able to continue shipments to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) and Switzerland.
