ITZY released their debut Japanese album ‘IT’Z ITZY’ on the 22nd of December in 2021. The albums that were released came in 3 different versions, the Regular (Normal) Edition, the Limited Edition A (first press only) and the Limited Edition B (first press only).

ITZY’s Japanese debut was highly anticipated and definitely did not disappoint. The Japanese ‘WANNABE’ music video released was oozing with charisma, powerful dancing and eye-catching visuals. Through the music video, you can see how much ITZY has grown and continues to improve with every comeback and new release.
The ‘IT’Z ITZY’ Japanese albums do not include any new songs - they only feature their previous Korean discography up until December of 2021. Although no new songs were dropped in their first Japanese album, it was still a great album to listen to.
Although the Limited Edition A album is the only one that has a photobook included inside, the Regular Edition and the Limited Edition B albums also have some photos in the lyric books. Each album comes with photocards - one each for the Regular Edition and the Limited Edition B versions and a set of 2 for the Limited Edition A version. All the photocards have different designs exclusive to the version - this means that the Regular Edition, Limited Edition A and Limited Edition B versions all have their own photocard designs.
While all the versions have their own unique inclusions, the Limited Edition A is definitely the most worth it to collect as it includes a 64 page photobook, 2 photocards and 1 ID photocard.
Depending on the distributor, there are also exclusive pre-order benefits for the albums. During the pre-order period, Tower Records’ exclusive benefit was a random clear photocard and HMV’s exclusive benefit was a clear bookmark.
