The Jelly House is also part of DHL's GoGreen Plus programme, which allows us to reduce carbon emissions for shipments through the incorporation of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Associated GoGreen Plus charges are fully subsidised by The Jelly House and are not borne by our customers. By choosing to ship DHL, you are also choosing a more eco-friendly and sustainable option for your shipment!
Our DHL shipping rates are now available and calculated based on package weight at the cart page, allowing you to easily preview shipping costs for your order.
We continue to offer FedEx international shipping, SF Express shipments and Registered Airmail with Tracking to selected countries as cost-effective alternatives.

As a thank you for your constant support of The Jelly House and to celebrate the launch of our sustainable shipping option, we are running a limited time promotion!
From 29 May 2026 - 21 June 2026, GMT+8, receive a US$10 return coupon for every order you ship with DHL with a minimum spend of US$50 or equivalent (exclusive of shipping charges).
The coupon will be sent upon delivery of your item and is valid for 6 months with no minimum spend required. Login will be required to use the coupon. A maximum of 1 coupon per order will be issued. Promotion is only valid during the stated promotion period. Please note that coupons are not stackable and unused amounts after the expiry date will be forfeited. Coupons are applied on product value and cannot be refunded in part or converted to cash.
