We would like to inform you of an update regarding our DHL Express shipping rates. Due to general price increases from DHL, there has been an increase in DHL Express shipping fees we are able to offer you.

At The Jelly House, we understand how important affordable and reliable shipping is for our customers. We have worked hard to minimise the impact of these changes and are adjusting our DHL Express rates only where absolutely necessary. 

We are also pleased to share that our FedEx shipping rates remain unchanged — we have not increased our FedEx rates for the past three years despite increasing costs each year. We have also been able to improve our rates for Australia for heavier shipments. The new discounted rates have been applied as of 2 May 2025. We continue to do our best to offer reasonable and competitive shipping options for your orders.

Looking ahead, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to give you even more flexibility and convenience when shopping with us.
