Here at The Jelly House, we are always looking for new ways to improve our service to you. In order to serve you better, we are making some changes to the shipping options we offer on our official website!
As of 30 October 2021, we are only offering courier shipping for international shipments. Options include:
- DHL Express Courier Service
- FedEx Courier Service
This will allow you to receive your packages even quicker and with more timely tracking updates! On average, the estimated delivery time for international packages is between 2 - 8 business days, depending on the delivery service you have chosen. Please expect some possible delays due to the current global situation.
Shipping options for delivery within Singapore remain the same.
For our buyers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe we are also happy to share that you can now enjoy up to 25% cheaper FedEx courier shipment rates! Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page for you to view before purchasing your items!
