REMOVAL OF DE MINIMIS THRESHOLD FOR SHIPMENTS IMPORTED INTO THAILAND AS OF 2026

Dear valued customers,

Please note that as of 1 January, 2026, the Thailand government has implemented the removal of the current De Minimis exemption for imported products into Thailand. Shipments valued below THB 1,500 were previously exempted from duties and taxes. However, from 1 January 2026 onwards, all imported goods into Thailand, including items as low as THB 1 in value, will be subject to both customs duty and value-added tax (VAT). For specifics on the rates applied, please consult your local authority.
