INTRODUCING SF EXPRESS

As of 20 August 2025, we're excited to announce a new partnership with SF Express for customers located in the US, Greater China, South East Asia, East Asia and Australia region!

As the largest integrated logistics provider in Asia and the fourth largest in the world, SF Express offers a reliable, cost-effective and timely delivery service to customers. For US customers, SF Express offers 2 shipping options, a Registered Tracked Mail option in partnership with USPS (in most regions) or local US delivery partners for the final mile delivery and an Express shipping option in partnership with UPS for the final mile delivery, giving customers ample choice depending on their preferences and priorities.

SF Express rates are now dynamically calculated based on the order weight at the checkout for the US, Australia, Greater China, East Asia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. We are also able to offer full service coverage within these countries without any out of delivery zones.*

Of course, we still continue to offer FedEx as they remain a cost-effective and reliable shipping option, as well as DHL Express, the world's largest express shipping service for it's fast and reliable delivery, to all regions worldwide,** allowing our customers a range of choices when it comes to shipping and deliveries.

We are happy to share that we are able to offer uninterrupted delivery to the United States during this time. However, please note that orders arriving from 29 August 2025 will incur tariffs according to the US government's latest tariff rates.
