- I placed an order before 26th March, when will my item be shipped out?
All orders for instock items placed before 26th MarchΒ 2026Β will be shipped out as usual within 2 business days. Please note that orders will only be shipped out after cleared payment. If payment is cleared between 26th Mar - 12th Apr 2026, your order will be shipped out during the week of 13th Apr 2026. If you have placed an order for a pre-order item(s), please refer to the pre-order release date and estimated dispatch date on the pre-order item(s) listing. Shipments containing both an instock item(s) and pre-order item(s) will be shipped according to the latest date of availability of the item(s) in the shipment.

Orders will ship out from 13th Apr onwards.
