Orders placed between these dates will be shipped out from the week of 24th April onwards.
Emails and enquiry responses will also resume sequentially from 24th April onwards.

- I placed an order before 5th April 2023, when will my item be shipped out?
All orders placed before 5th April 2023 will be shipped out as usual within 2 business days. Please note that orders will only be shipped out after cleared payment. If payment is cleared between 5th April - 23rd April, your order will be shipped out during the week of 24th April 2023.
- I placed an order between 5th April 2023 to 23rd April 2023, when will my item be shipped out?
Orders will ship out from 24th April onwards. We will ship out orders sequentially.
- I sent an email between 5th April to 23rd April 2023, when will you respond?
We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, from 24th April onwards.
- Can I place orders when your store is on holiday?
Yes! You may continue placing your order as per usual. Shipping will start again from 24th April.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
