NOTICE FOR SHIPMENTS TO US: AS OF 2026, FEDEX SHIPMENTS TO THE US INCUR A HIGHER DISBURSEMENT FEE

We would like to inform you that we have received notice from FedEx that as of January 2026, GMT+8, FedEx will increase the disbursement fee*Β charged for Duties and Taxes payment to US$15 or 2% of duties and taxes and Merchandise Processing Fee, whichever is higher, per shipment. For items such as CD albums, photocards, postcards, posters, photobooks, there is no impact as they are exempted from tariffs.

However, for other merchandise and Vinyls, this fee may be incurred when FedEx clears customs charges on the recipients behalf. Despite the CBP's FAQ stating that Vinyls are exempt from reciprocal tariffs, we've experienced several cases where a tariff fee was charged by on-the-ground staff and advised that tariff application is subject to the customs officer's discretion even if FAQs state otherwise.

To make the process easier for our customers, as of 1 January 2026, we will offer a FedEx rate including the disbursement fee for DDP orders for US customers where duties and taxes for goods originating from Europe, Singapore, South Korea and Japan will be covered pre-paid with no additional fees charged. A DDU FedEx option will also be offered where any applicable duties and taxes will be charged postpaid. If you select the DDU option, a recipient FedEx account number is required. No further action is needed from your side if you select the DDP option and the product you have purchased originate from the above countries. Products with origin countries other than those stated above may be subject to additional fees even if DDP option is selected. In this case, our friendly team will reach out to you to inform you of the relevant fees before your item is dispatched. Any additional fees will be collected upfront so that you do not have to pay when receiving the item. If you have questions on the tariff charges, you can always reach out to us via our official channels.

DHL Express and SF Express remain as DDU by default. DDP options are available upon request and and an additional invoice for the upfront payment of the reciprocal tariffs will be sent after the order is placed.
